In the Kharkiv office of Gosgeokadastr is search

Employees of GPU and SBU conducted searches in the premises of the Main Department of Gosgeokadastr in the Kharkiv region, its territorial divisions, one of the district administrations of the region, as well as residence of officials. About it reports a press-service GPU.

Searches are carried out according to the decision of the court in the investigation of the Commission of unlawful acts associated with changes in land illegally, noted in GPU.

According to the materials of production, 5 thousand hectares of land Lypkuvativka agricultural College from the lands of education and arbitrarily included in the reserve lands, and subsequently transferred to other persons in the property and use.

The Prosecutor’s office sees this as a violation of the requirements of article 149 of the Land code of Ukraine.

“The decision of Kharkiv regional administrative court, the relevant actions of the authorized persons of bodies of local power and control in Kharkiv region is recognized as illegal”, – is told in the message.

Recall that in March the bribe was detained the head of Gosgeokadastr Luhansk region.
