In the Donetsk region detained the Prosecutor for extortion money

In Turecka Donetsk region Prosecutor, threatening an employee of the police criminal liability, demanded of him three thousand of the so-called repurchase. The Prosecutor was detained in an office office law enforcement officers, the press service of the National police.

“The Prosecutor suspected the detective police Terezka in making false information in the documentation of Supervisory case. Below suspicion “vanished”, the prosecutors demanded that the 26-year-old police officer undue advantage in the amount of three thousand hryvnias”, – is spoken in the message.

The Prosecutor detained the next day while receiving a bribe.

In the case of proof of guilt of the detainee, he faces imprisonment for the term from five till ten years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years with confiscation of property.
