KIEV. August 24. UNN. In extension to the home life of enterprise “rainbow”, where there is a karaoke club, in the Black sea Odessa region there was a large-scale fire. About this UNN reports with reference to GU gschs in the region.

“On August 24 at 11:27 in service of rescue 101 was reported fire in a three-storey building on the street the First of may. On arrival the first fire and rescue departments the fire was set on the third floor of an extension to the home life of enterprise “rainbow”, – rescuers noted.

The unit worked according to raised number of a call “Fire No. 2”. The difficulty of extinguishing the fire was caused by the rapid spread of fire on wooden structures in a large area, threat of destruction of building structures extensions and possible transfer of fire to close building the house of life. During fire extinguishing employees of gschs were evacuated 7 people on the first floor of the building.

Rescuers have localized the fire at 13:45 and 14:24 and he was eliminated on the area of 350 sq. m. Victims and victims aren’t present.

Probable cause of the fire is the violation of fire safety rules during operation of the ventilation system.
