In St. Petersburg BMW knocked people on the sidewalk, killing a US citizen and Muscovite

“One of the victims is a US citizen born in 1978,” – said the Agency interlocutor. The second victim of the accident, he said, was a 39-year-old resident of Moscow.

The driver did not flee the scene and was arrested. Criminal case is brought.

According to local media, the driver — 30-year-old native of Azerbaijan Murad Kasimov was under the influence of the gas. He was detained at the scene.
