According to the Russian service of the BBC, a 46-year-old woman went Saturday night to the restaurant with her husband and 12-year-old son. After visiting the restaurant all three began experiencing nausea and diarrhea that lasted for hours. A woman died early Sunday morning.

In addition to this family, in the period from 13 to February 16 in the restaurant, had lunch 75 people, 29 of whom became ill after visiting the restaurant. The representative of the regional Department of health said inspectors visited the restaurant on Monday, but to determine the source of the poisoning could not. Officially, the cause of the poisoning will be announced only at the end of the investigation.

Reportedly, the family took the tasting menu, which was a dish of morels – unofficially poisoning associated with it. The ingredients of some dishes analyzed at the national Institute of toxicology. “I decided that the restaurant will be closed until then while the reasons are not clarified,” said the chef of the restaurant RiFF, Bernd Kneller.

According to The Local, doctors also intend to find out whether the cause of death of women self poisoning, or was suffering from some disease, aggravated after eating meals. It is reported that affected family ordered risotto with Morel mushrooms, which by mistake could have included a highly toxic fungus, like a mushroom Morel.
