KIEV. July 26. UNN. In Odessa will be judged a Turkish citizen for smuggling 3 kg of cocaine. It is reported by the Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region, reports UNN.

“The Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region directed to court the indictment against a citizen of the Republic of Turkey. The man accused of smuggling drugs, which he had illegally acquired, stored and moved to Ukraine with a sales objective”, – stated in the message.

As noted, at the request of the Prosecutor’s office accused the court elected a measure of restraint in form of detention.

Established in April 2018, the alien moved nearly 3 kg of cocaine, concealed the drugs from customs control. The approximate cost of the contraband is about 700 thousand U.S. dollars.

Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings under part 3 of article 305 and part 3 St. 307 criminal code of Ukraine was carried out by investigators of USBU in the region.
