ODESSA-KIEV. June 30. UNN. Odessa oblast Prosecutor’s office sent to court indictment against a citizen suspected of violation of safety rules of the road, which caused death of people. About it reported in a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region, reports UNN.
“In March 2018, the defendant was driving with two passengers without a license in the state of narcotic intoxication. Moving with excess of speed on D. Donskogo str. in Odessa, the driver distracted from management and has made collision with the poles, from which cars turned over. As a result dorozhno-transport incident the passengers died at the scene,” – said in the message.
It should be noted that the driver was repeatedly brought to criminal liability for theft and robbery. 44-year-old man announced suspicion under part 3 of article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine. Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings carried out by the investigators GUNP in Odessa region.
