ODESSA-KIEV. April 20. UNN. The Kiev district court of Odessa chose a measure of restraint to detained 13 activists of Odessa in the form of house arrest. About it the correspondent of UNN reported in the press service of the court.
Judges of the Kiev district court of Odessa has completed its consideration of the question of election of a measure of restraint in respect of 13 suspected of committing hooliganism with the use of firearms (part 4 of article 296 of the criminal code of Ukraine).
“By results of consideration of all the suspect elected a measure of restraint in the form of a night of house arrest, that is, from 21:00 to 07:00”, – stated in the message.
We will remind, in the shooting on 17 April on the territory of Parking “OO Protection of Odessa” three people had been injured. All of them were hospitalized. At the scene police found a group of people in balaclavas and flak jackets, which ran around the top of the Parking lot and shot from a traumatic weapons.
