In Odessa police detained 40-the summer man who during a family quarrel in front of his underage daughter was thrown from the window of the 14th floor of her kitten. About it reports a press-service of the patrol police of Odessa.

On the street the Average police arrived on call. They saw a dead animal and a little girl who was crying over him.

The child explained to the inspectors that during a family quarrel father threw her kitten out the window of the apartment on the 14 floor.

Patrol arrested 40-year-old man who pleaded not denied.

He was taken to the police station and handed over to the investigators for further clarification of all circumstances.

The police said that the actions men are seen as a violation of article 299 (cruelty to animals) of the criminal code.
