ODESSA-KIEV. July 6. UNN. The official penal colony instructed prisoners to dismantle the paving. About it the correspondent of UNN reported in the press service of the Prosecutor of Odessa region.
Odessa local Prosecutor’s office No. 2 performs procedural management in criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 15 of part 2 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine concerning the attempt at misappropriation of state property.
During the investigation, law enforcement authorities reported about suspicion to the acting Director of the state enterprise, Deputy head of the state institution “South Bay correctional colony No. 51” completed attempted misappropriation of property through abuse of official position.
“The official is suspected to have provided illegal instruction to convicts to dismantle metal paving slabs from the floor of one of the rooms, with the subsequent attempt of removal of state property without any shipping documents. Due to the fact that the car was stopped by militiamen and found in the body of said metal, illegal actions of the suspect has not brought to an end”, – said the Agency.
At the request of the prosecution officer was dismissed.
