ODESSA-KIEV. 21 Aug. UNN. Odessa patrolmen detained the driver, who, trying to escape, made arrival on the inspector of the patrol police. About it reported in a press-service of the patrol police of the Odessa region, reports UNN.
The incident occurred in the district Ovidiopolsky road, where the inspectors drew attention to the Mercedes Sprinter, which stood at the intersection and did not move on allowing green signal of the traffic light. When the driver noticed police, he began the movement of the car and created an emergency situation on the road. Using special signals, the inspectors tried to stop the car, but the driver on the demands of the police did not react and were moving along the road at high speed, leaving the opposite lane. On the Avenue of Heroes of Heavenly hundred during that time, as cars stopped at the red traffic signal, the patrol attempted to block the car.
“The driver-the offender was sent a car in the direction of the inspector and made on him hitting, from hitting the patrol fell to the ground and the offender continued to move. With additional crews the vehicle is stopped on the Avenue of the Heavenly Hundred. During the detention the man spoke towards the police, swearing, threatened violence,” said police.
The inspector was not seriously hurt. The offender were the relevant materials according to article 124 of the Cao (violation of traffic rules, resulting in damage to the vehicle), part 2 of article 130 of the Cao (repeated throughout the year, the Commission of any offence under part 1 St. 130, Art – intoxicated), article 122-2 of the Cao (failure to comply with stop), part 2, article 126 (driving by a person not having corresponding documents on the right of control of such a vehicle or did not present them for verification).
Upon arrival on patrol now solved the issue of entering data in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations.
