In Odessa region unknown fired at a passenger bus, is wounded

ODESSA-KIEV. 18 Feb. UNN. This morning on the highway Kiev-Odessa shooting occurred. About it the correspondent of UNN reported in the press service of GUNP in Odessa region.

The police received a message stating that in Lyubashivka district hospital delivered 45-the summer man with a gunshot wound to the right thigh. In a medical institution immediately went investigative team of the local police Department.

During Prime investigative actions it is established that these injuries the man suffered during a trip in the bus message Odessa-Kiev. When the vehicle was moving in the direction of Kyiv, on 304 km of the highway “Odessa-Kiev” (in the Lyubashevsky area) unknown fired at him a shot from an unidentified weapon. The bullet pierced the right side glass of the bus and hit the thigh of a passenger who was sitting near the window.

On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under part 4 of article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. Now the police establishes the circumstances of the incident. The liability provided for the offence, from three to seven years of imprisonment. The investigation is continuing.
