“The South was left without water and heating! Because of the sharp voltage drop in the power grid was stopped and the boiler room of the pumping station. According to our information, a team of repairmen kominternivskyi RES went to the scene of the rush of cable,” – said in the message.

The water flow will resume, probably on 16 November evening. In order to completely eliminate the consequences of the accident, it may take several days.
