In Odessa region the HACCP system has already been introduced at 41 enterprise

KIEV. June 19. UNN. 41 the Odessa region. the enterprise implemented the international safety management system and the quality of food products (HACCP). This was in response to the request of UNN was reported in the Odessa regional state administration.

“According to SE “Distancetohole” in the system ASP (HACCP — ed.) operating 41 company,” — said in the administration.

RSA added that in the region conducted outreach to business entities regarding the features and timing of the introduction of procedures based on the principles of HACCP system in the production.

“With the support of the regional state administration, reiteratively and Executive committees of city councils relevant work is carried out in all districts and cities of the region with representatives of local food manufacturers,” — said in the message.

As reported UNN, a quarter of the food enterprises of the region have already introduced the quality control system HACCP.

In the Rivne region, the HACCP system was implemented in four companies of 80. In the Donetsk region — 10 from 70 companies. In Vinnytsia region the HACCP system has already earned 10% of the enterprises for manufacture of products.

According to people’s Deputy Sergei Trigubenko, the responsibility for implementing the system of quality control and safety of products lies with the companies. And today, in order to gradually implement the HACCP in Ukrainian production capacity, already have sufficient legal basis.

The politician also believes that the responsibility for the quality of their products the manufacturer should carry to the consumer and not to the controllers from the part of state authorities.
