In Odessa region the Deputy “forgot” to declare a company with a capital of more than 2 million UAH

In the Odessa region revealed the MP, which 2 years did not declare the company / UNIAN Odessa region the Deputy of regional Council 2 years did not declare the company with a registered capital of more than 2.3 million UAH.

As reported the UNIAN in a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region, representatives of the office the day before reported about suspicion to the Deputy of one of regional councils in respect of making false information in income declarations.

In particular, it was found that for 2016 and 2017 the Deputy of regional Council intentionally did not specify information on the supplies it 100% of the share capital of the company amounting to more than 2.3 million UAH.

Operational support in criminal proceedings is exercised by police officers under article 366-1 (declaring false information) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.

Earlier investigators of the State Bureau of investigation arrested the persons 74,5 thousand dollars for leaving the person in the position of head of state enterprise of the Ministry of agrarian policy and food.
