In Odessa region exposed the scheme to bribe members of election commissions
KIEV. March 23. UNN. During the investigation of criminal proceedings the Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region, Management of security in the area and police found evidence of illegal organization of the electoral process in favor of one political force. About this on his page in Facebook wrote press Secretary of the Prosecutor General Larisa Sargan, reports UNN.
The network of unlawful activity distributed in 5 districts of Odessa region: Balta, Podolia, Okeanskogo, Kadomskogo and Savransky.
“Black” was the cashier and worked in a secure room of one of Bank branches in Podolsk and in the private office of the head of the said Department, which since 2011 holds the position of head of the structural unit of the Bank long before the transfer of the banking institutions in the state status”, – she said.
Illegal activities of law enforcement agencies stopped during operation of dealers over the distribution of 1 million 300 000 UAH for the future reward for such actions is controlled by members of commissions and observers.
“Mesh” is the bribery of members of election commissions, which was to ensure a vote for the candidate on elections of the President of Ukraine. Depending on the size of the polling station the representatives of the commissions plan to pay 2-3 thousand UAH.
During the searches police seized lists with personal data of voters, information about the possible commitment of the candidates, distribution of money between volunteers and members of election commissions, other documentation.
Recorded a scheme of control over voting through controlled entities.
The investigation continues (part 3 of article 157, part 4 of article 160 of the criminal code of Ukraine).
The penalty for violation of the electoral law is up to 7 years behind bars.
