February 24, at the railway station in Odessa, a group of fans of Lviv soccer club Karpaty attacked a police patrol. Two police officers in hospital. About it reports a press-service of the patrol police of Odessa.

According to the report, law enforcement officers saw a group of young people who smoked in a public place on the station.

Police say demanded to stop violation of public order, however, violators didn’t react, behaved aggressively and tried to provoke a conflict.

“Soon the men began to threaten law enforcement officers and, using the numerical advantage, started a fight with the police. In the battle of offenders two patrolmen were injured”, – stated in the message.

Additional crews of law enforcement officers detained four violators and was taken to the police station. According to preliminary information, they were in a state of alcoholic intoxication. The police asked the victims to a medical facility where under the supervision of doctors.

Open criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 345 (Violence concerning the employee of law enforcement body) the criminal code.

Now investigative actions proceed.

That the perpetrators were exactly what fans of “Karpaty”, arrived to Odessa on a match against local “Chernomorets”, local media reported.

In addition, on February 24, the passenger train Lviv-Odessa and three drunk football fans violated public order and were swearing at the other passengers. This was announced by the seaside police Department in Odessa.

Protocols are made under part 1 of article 173 of the code of Ukraine on administrative offences. Bullies threatens a fine of 3 to 7 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens or public works for the term from 40 up to 60 hours, or correctional labor for a period of 1 to 2 months with deduction of 20% of earnings, or administrative arrest for up to 15 days.

Earlier in Munich arrested the Russian citizen, who was wanted for the attack on English fans during the Euro 2016, in Marseille.
