In Odessa eliminated the production workshop pseudolites alcohol

In Malinovsky district of Odessa law enforcement officers liquidated an illegal workshop for production of counterfeit alcohol. About it reported in a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region.

At the end of last week employees of the regional Prosecutor’s office together with employees of Department of protection of economy General Directorate of the National police in the area during searches metal containers liquidated underground shop on production of counterfeit alcoholic products. It was produced under the logos of famous brands.

The fakes were packaged in custom packaging – cardboard boxes with a capacity of 2 and 3 liters. Implemented the alcohol via the Internet.

During the searches police found more than 2 tons of alcohol-containing liquid, prepared for packing, and 250 units of finished product.

Odessa oblast Prosecutor’s office performs procedural management in criminal proceedings according to part 3, article 229, article 227 of the criminal code of Ukraine – illegal trademark use, intentional introduction into circulation on the Ukrainian market of dangerous products.

As explained in the Department for the protection of the economy Chief of the national police, the containers were located in the Parking lot, that they functioned underground shop on production of counterfeit alcoholic products.

The investigation is ongoing.

5 March in the framework of pre-judicial investigation in criminal proceedings on illegal trafficking of excisable goods investigative units GU SFS in Kiev were stopped activities of underground shop in which by mixing of unrecorded alcohol with water, created a mixture of alcohol of dubious origin, which later was implemented on the territory of the city of Kiev and other regions of Ukraine.

On 24 February, in Kiev, revealed a workshop for the manufacture of alcohol from Hawthorn.

In the beginning of the year the Main administration of State service of Ukraine on issues of food safety and consumer protection in the Kherson region contributed to the removal from sale cosmetic lotion Hawthorn in the retail stores Lucky in the Kherson region.
