In Odessa detained the judge who helped the militants “DNR” to assign apartments

KIEV. 31 Oct. UNN. In Odessa the staff of SBU detained the judge of one of the local courts, which in the structure of criminal group helped the militants “DNR” to legalize the apartment has of residents of Donetsk and Torez, reports UNN with reference to the press service of the GPU.

“On Tuesday, 31.10.2017, investigators of the Main investigation Department of the security Service of Ukraine on suspicion of committing crimes under part 1 of article 258-3 (creation of terrorist group or terrorist organization), part 4 St. 190 (fraud) and part 3 St. 358 (forgery, seals, stamps and forms, sale or use of forged documents, seals, stamps) of the Criminal code of Ukraine detained the judge of one of the city’s district courts of Odessa region, and its sidekick,” – said in the message.

As noted in the GPU, the members of an organized group, whose members included the judge, the members of the terrorist organization “DNR” and other persons, for the 2015-2016 forged decision of the Kirov district court of Donetsk on behalf of the former judges of this court about the alleged changes in 2013-2014 the apartment owners for the temporary occupied territory of Donetsk region.

Fake court decision was provided to registrants who have extended the real estate on figureheads, and then dispose of them members of the terrorist organization “DNR”.

Unfettered illegal activities of an organized group specified in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region provided so-called “Deputy Minister of internal Affairs of DNR”.

“Currently, the evidence obtained unlawful possession of thus 3 apartments in Donetsk and Torez in Donetsk region. Investigated the circumstances of preparation and illegal separation of at least 7 objects of real estate” – said the Prosecutor’s office.

According to the results of the search at the place of residence of the judge, among other things, discovered and seized an official stamp and the stamp eliminated the Kirov district court of Donetsk, drafts, technical passport of the apartment, the certificate on death of persons issued “DNR”, and other documents and objects that were used for forgery of court decisions.

Carried out urgent investigative actions.

Preparing the notice and representation in the High Council of justice on the granting of consent to the contents of the judge’s detention, petitions on application of measures of restraint in form of detention.
