In Odessa court clashed, the police had taken 49 people
KIEV. 23 Nov. UNN. During a meeting in the Primorsky district court of Odessa a fight broke out between groups supporting the parties. In the result, 49 people were taken to the police. This was announced by the Department of communication of GU of the Channel region, reports UNN.
“Today in the Primorsky district court of Odessa during a court session between the support groups of the parties involved in the trial had a conflict that escalated into a fight”, – stated in the message.
In the result, 49 people were taken to the police station to establish the circumstances of the incident.
“Personal data all taken to the police identified: the majority of them – inhabitants of other regions of Ukraine. Now militiamen establish the purpose for which men arrived in Odessa”, – noted in police.

As said the Advisor to the chief of GU Ministry of emergency in Odessa region Ruslan Forostyak in Facebook, in the Primorsky district court held a hearing in the criminal proceedings against land in Zatoka.
“Today during a court hearing in seaside court. Odessa on the “land for the Zatoka”, activists who are unable to remain indifferent to such an important cause, came down from Vinnitsa and other regions of Ukraine (local for a long time in these games do not play), tried to make a mess and disrupt the hearing, there was a crush which was close to escalate into a mass brawl,” wrote Forostyak.
He added that one of the parties of the judicial process “wastes resources… on these “events”, considering that it is really an effective tool to defend its position.”

Note that, according to the press service of the regional Prosecutor’s office, the Director of the company has been notified of the suspicion. A woman suspected of involvement in a scheme to seize the base of rest “dawns of Tiraspol” in Zatoka: forgery, fraud, and fictitious entrepreneurship.
“According to the investigation, in 2014, this “enterprising” citizen together with his accomplices unlawful possession of base of rest in Zatoka Belgorod-the Dniester area. The scheme is implemented on the basis of unjust court decision on the recognition of ownership of the administrative building of the recreation complex and the state registration of the rights to the said property for the fictitious firm. Thus, the property recreation illegal out of state ownership, namely the ownership of state property Fund of Ukraine”, – stated in the message.

In the future, thanks to false documents about the value of the property dealers entered into between Stokowski the local Council and private enterprise a contract for the sale of the land on which is located the base of rest.
“Now is checked involvement in the fraud of other defendants, including among law enforcement officers”, – added in Prosecutor’s office.
