As reported in the seaside police Department of Odessa, around midnight, a policeman came home from work and saw a group of young people who loudly questioned the relationship, screaming at each other and insulted with obscene words to a girl from your same company. The policeman decided to intervene and stop the illegal actions.
“Posing as a policeman, he made a remark violators of the public order. The answer was a dismissive phrase, after which an aggressive young man pulled out a knife and stabbed the policeman in the chest. Then the whole company took to their heels. The policeman was admitted to hospital with a penetrating wound of the chest” – said in a statement to the police.
The attacker immediately sought out his apartment found the likely murder weapon – a knife.

The police on this fact opened criminal proceedings under article 348 (attempt on the life of employee of law enforcement body, the member of public formation on protection of a public order and state border or a serviceman) of the Criminal code. The maximum sanction of article provides for life imprisonment. Now the malefactor is detained as article 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine.

As UNIAN reported earlier, on 16 January in Kharkov, two men in balaclavas attacked the officer of the criminal investigation Department of national police of Ukraine and wounded him in the head and neck. The law was hospitalized in the intensive care unit.
