Pervomaisky district court of Bishkek ruled that the detention of the former President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev legitimate.

“The court decided to leave the appeal without satisfaction”, — read out the decision of judge Abdurazakov Borombaev.
As indicated earlier, earlier the lawyer of ex-President Sergey Slesarev filed a complaint in court, claiming the illegality of the detention Atambayev in connection with his immunity.
On 20 August the court decided to leave custody of the state until October 26.
