In Kiev will judge the guy for raping 11-year-old schoolgirl
KIEV. May 20. UNN. In Kiev will judge the 19-year-old boy who raped 11-year-old girl and demanded money from her. It is reported by UNN citing the press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Kyiv.
“The court directed the indictment against 19-year-old young man who is accused of raping and molesting a minor girl, as well as extortion at it money”, – stated in the message.
It is established that the accused had sent 11-year-old girl text messages of a sexual nature and also demanded that the girl sent her own pictures in the Nude. In addition, the attacker forced the girl to participate in the production of photo and video products of pornographic character, then another and was raped.
Further, the defendant demanded that the schoolgirl for money, threatening in case of refusal to pay on the Internet these photos and videos.
The actions of the young person qualified under part 4 of article 152, part 2 of article 156, part 4, 5 of article 301, parts 1 and 2 of article 189 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
It is noted that after investigation, the suspect and his lawyers delayed the process of familiarization with the materials of criminal proceedings, thus preventing the direction of the indictment to the court.
In this regard, at the request of the Kiev local Prosecutor’s office No. 7 of the Podolsk district court in Kiev, the defense was limited to the period of familiarization with the materials of criminal proceedings and may 18, 2020 to the suspect and his defenders handed the indictment. On the same day the indictment was submitted to court.
Currently the accused is in custody. For made to it threatens till 15 years of imprisonment.
