In Kiev, near the entrance to the metro station “Minsk” found a suitcase with a suspicious content: after some time the explosion occurred.

It is noted that shortly before the explosion people were evacuated from the danger zone, and by the operation drew the bomb squad. Suitcase literally blew up after the arrival of the bomb squad.
On his page in the “Telegram” the mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko said that managed to defuse two improvised bombs at the Minsk market, located nearby. According to officials, was mined two kiosks.
At the same time from the shopping and entertainment center Ocean Plaza also passes evacuation of people: video from the event appeared on the Internet. The reason for this was the message on mining of the complex: the place of profit police officers and engineers.
As we reported earlier, today in Lutsk there was a seizure of the bus passengers: the offender is armed with machine guns and grenades, threatened to kill everyone inside the bus.
The identity of the attacker is already known: it was a Bad Maxim, the author of the book “the Philosophy of criminal. The apology for freedom. Anti-system”. It turned out that the man was observed in a mental hospital. The gunman threatened to detonate a remote mine in one of the neighborhoods of the city and threw a grenade at police.
The security Service of Ukraine said: the bus is 10 people, not 20 as previously stated.
