KIEV. 21 Feb. UNN. Kyiv City state administration for 3 days checked the 43 car carriers on city bus routes for General use and found violations at most. This is stated in the message on the website of the KSCA, reports UNN.
It is reported that by results of check by the Department of transport infrastructure on the route No. 497-K drafted the act with the requirement about elimination of violations.
In addition, representatives of the “Ukrtransstroy” to 51 act. The main violations cited a lack of permits, poor technical and sanitary conditions, lack or do not maintain ticket and cash letters, the lack of fire extinguishers, lack and shortage of kits, no schematics and schedules and the like.
The representatives of the National police was 27 protocols on Commission of administrative violations by the officials of automobile carriers on the total amount of fines 9860 UAH.
Major violations: a technical failure of the bus, no Protocol on the vehicle the mandatory technical inspection, the lack of policy of mandatory insurance of civil liability, traffic violations and more.
From 14 to 16 February with the participation of representatives of Municipal transportation service, the National police of Ukraine and “Ukrtransstroy” was conducted a joint inspection of illegal motor carriers engaged in the carriage were closed by order of Department of transport infrastructure or which terminated the contracts.
During the events, representatives of the “Ukrtransstroy” consisted of 25 acts, and representatives of the National police of Ukraine – 12 protocols on Commission of administrative violations by the officials of the carriers on the total amount of fines 3560 UAH.
According to the Deputy Chairman of the KSCA Dmitry Davtyan, the administration plans to continue daily checks of carriers.
As reported UNN, according to the results of 22 checks taxi KSCA in Kiev cancelled agreements with four carriers.
