In Kharkov will judge the two organizers of the illegal dumps
KIEV. 24 Jan. UNN. Kharkiv local Prosecutor’s office No. 4 directed to the Moscow district court. Kharkov indictment in criminal proceedings on the fact of arrangement of illegal landfills on the territory of the former factory. About it, answering questions of journalists during a briefing the Prosecutor of the region Yuri Danilchenko, reports UNN.
“The proceedings against two individuals, the organizers of the illegal dumps has already been considered by the court. They fully admitted his guilt. According to the examination, the amount of damages from pollution of land is more than 272 million UAH”, – said Yuri Danilchenko.
He added that the harm of squatting on the ground amounted to UAH 6700000. In the framework of criminal proceedings, seizure of equipment and property of 600 000 UAH.
According to Danilchenko, the Prosecutor’s office will take all necessary measures representative character for damages.

According to prosecutors, before the lands were leased to one of OOO – there was planning to build a shopping center, but construction has not started and the tenant of about 4 years do not pay money for the use of land.
Prosecutors went to court and break the lease. The land is worth more than 140 million UAH was returned to the property of the community of Kharkov, under the jurisdiction of the city Council.
In October 2018, the Prosecutor’s office jointly with the Department of protection of the economy found a valid unauthorized waste dump in the center of Kharkov. Part of the land plot with area of 8 hectares on the territory of the former factory was littered with debris.
The offence was classified under part 1 of article 197-1 and part 1 of article 239 of the criminal code (unauthorized occupation of land and contamination of land).
Recall that in Kharkiv region in the past year increased the level of crime.
