Late in the evening on Friday, March 1, in Kharkov on the street Heroes of Labor, the tram hit a man who died from his injuries.
About it reports regional Department of national police.

It is noted that the driver, when he saw on the tracks of the person, an emergency halt, but the tram stop in time not in time and has made arrival on the person.
On the given fact criminal case under article about infringement of safety rules of movement (part 2 of article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine). All circumstances of road accident are already being installed. The police asks to respond witnesses of the accident.
