KIEV. August 3. UNN. The Prosecutor’s office launched an investigation against the police officers suspected of extorting 10 thousand UAH from the drunk driver; failure to prepare for the Protocol. This was reported by press service of the Prosecutor of the Kharkiv region, reports UNN.
So, the investigators of the regional Prosecutor’s office are investigating the fact of extortion of illegal benefit for; failure to prepare the Protocol and not to prosecute a DUI – part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine.
“We have all seen this video. Criminal proceedings were registered. Pre-trial investigation conducted by investigators of Prosecutor’s office of Kharkiv region. All circumstances will be checked by the investigation,” said acting Prosecutor of the Kharkiv region Artem Stepanov during a briefing.
