KIEV. June 18. UNN. The police opened criminal proceedings into the death of 7-year-old girl as a result of collision of a minibus in Kharkov. About it reported in Department of communication GUNP in the Kharkiv region, reports UNN.
“Now police officers establish all the circumstances of the accident. On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 286 (violation of traffic safety or transport operation by the persons operating vehicles) the Criminal code of Ukraine. The driver of the car is detained as article 208 Criminal procedure code of Ukraine”, – stated in the message.
Recall that the minibus hit a seven-year girl in Kharkov. From the injuries the child died.
