KIEV. July 10. UNN. In Kyiv district court of Kharkiv held a meeting in the case of resonant road accident on a street of Sumy, which was scheduled for today, because it was not one of the lawyers. About it UNN reported in the press service of the Prosecutor of Kharkiv region.
“The lawyer Sergey Perepelitsa (the lawyer accused Gennady Dronova – ed.) allegedly had another meeting. So the meeting was moved to July 18,” – said in the message.
Recall that a fatal accident in the center of Kharkov happened on October 18 last year. Two SUV running Elena Zaitseva and Gennady Dronova collided at the intersection of Sumskaya str and Mechnikova lane. After the collision, the Lexus Zaitseva thrown into pedestrians, killing 6 people. The court has already interrogated all the victims, of the witnesses and the driver of the Lexus.
20 Oct Kiev district court of Kharkov was taken into custody a defendant in a fatal accident Elena Zaitseva. On 8 November, the court chose a measure of restraint for the second participant accident Gennady Dronova in the form of detention.
The court had reviewed the video that proved the violation of traffic rules on the part of both defendants in the case.
