In Kharkov has registered a petition for recognition of cats part of the ecosystem of the city
Uncategorized March 2, 2017KIEV. March 2. UNN. In Kharkov has registered the e-petition called “Kharkiv cats can officially become part of the ecosystem of the city.” The petition posted on the official website of the Kharkiv city Council, reports UNN.
The collection of signatures for the petition began on 1 March 2017.
As at 00:13 on March 2, have already signed the petition 127.
The period of collecting votes will be completed in 89 days.
“The city of 100% is an ecosystem, that is, a system that combines living organisms and their environment. Recognition cats part of the ecosystem is necessary, first of all, people. Cats in the town lived and will live, the only question in our attitude towards them”, – stated in the text of the petition.
