His plan to expel from Ukraine.Police detained in Kharkiv “thief in law” nicknamed “Mindia Gali”, which arrived in the city from Russia.
This was reported by the press service of the National police.
According to law enforcers, the detainee maintained a close relationship with his other “colleagues”, and was also the so-called godfather of “Tengo Gali”. In Kharkov the man had planned to meet with criminal elements to resume their own influence and guide further activity. To do this he did not and was arrested.
