As reported in the Department of communication of the police in Kharkiv region, the service employees carried out the repair work of water pipe in the street Radio. The explosion of one of the utility died.

“Information is entered in the unified accounting Novobakinskogo police Department. All circumstances of incident are established”, – told the police.
