In the Kharkiv region court arrested two members of a gang “black collectors” carrying out “orders” to “spin” property of Kharkiv entrepreneurs debtors, without the right of bail.

59-year-old organizer of the interregional group “black collectors” and 31-year-old gang member was arrested late last week in Kharkov. In addition, the group included three men – one from Kiev and two of Kharkiv.
“The gang behind the remuneration is performed “orders” on the “spin” property of Kharkiv entrepreneurs debtors. The customer called the leader of the gang the name of the debtor indicated the amount that he has not returned. Further, the Kharkiv team was gathering information on customers and passed it to the organizer. After this was developed the scheme of “knocking out” money”, – stated in the message.
Debtors under various pretexts lured to a meeting, kidnapped them and taken to a predetermined place. The attackers posed as police officers. Threats and violence, they forced their victims to sign ious in the name of the creditors, other documents gave the right to go to court to reclaim the funds.
“That entrepreneurs were more “obedient”, “collectors” used handcuffs, weapons, Taser. Within a few months 2016-2017 victim were three debtors. And one of them was stolen twice: the first time – to force to write you an IOU, the second – order extended the property to the lender. In addition, one businessman from his injuries and torture died”, – told in the press service of the Prosecutor’s office.
The organizer of the gang, and his colleagues from Kiev detained in rented apartments in Kharkov. During the searches the seized firearms, drugs, ammunition, a number of promissory notes, documents of property and businesses.
