The plane of airline Air Asia, EN route from Calcutta to Mumbai was forced to return back to the departure airport and make an emergency landing because of a passenger who threatened to blow up the ship.

According to the newspaper, 25-year-old girl after about 40 minutes after takeoff, I asked the flight attendant to convey to the pilot a note, saying that her body is attached to the bomb and it might blow up the ship at any time. In this regard, it was decided to return to airport of departure.

At the airport, she was detained by law enforcement authorities. During the searches, an explosive device was found.

Currently it is unknown what prompted detained to inform about the threat of explosion and thereby to return the aircraft to Calcutta.
