The first stage of tactical exercises with participation of air force and air defense troops of the Armed forces of Belarus began on Tuesday. This was reported by press service of the defense Ministry of the country.
“We will perfect the landing of the MiG-29, su-25, Yak-130, L-39 on pre-prepared airfield of the road motorways M1 Minsk – Brest. After landing, the aircraft will fly to the landfill Ruzhany and order an air strike on ground targets,” – said the defense Ministry.
According to the press service, the district of flights from air attack will cover the su-30CM from the duty zones in the air and “tor-M2” with positions near the airport road site (RM). As have informed in the Ministry of defence, helicopters Mi-24 and Mi-8MTV-5 will perform the task of covering the AUDITORIUM from the actions of illegal armed groups and diversionno-prospecting groups.
It is noted that for the first time landing on the track for trainer aircraft will fulfill the student 4 courses of the aviation faculty of the Military Academy. The exercise will continue until August 7.
