KIEV. June 25. UNN. Torture of hostages by representatives of the Russian-occupation authorities in the occupied Ukrainian territories is a systemic element in obtaining impressions. This was announced today at a joint briefing in Kyiv, Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin for the representatives of diplomatic corps about the crimes of the Russian Federation said the head of the security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Hrytsak, the correspondent of UNN.

“Work on knocking out the testimony of torture delivered to the Russian invaders and terrifies us. Therefore, we will continue to work on documenting these crimes,” said Hrytsak.

He reminded that the Ukrainian side is ready to go on an unprecedented step in the release of all hostages.

According to Hrytsak, one of the key problems is the non-admission of international organizations to places of detention of the hostages.

“This tells us that the Russian occupation authorities are afraid of being exposed where in terrible conditions are our prisoners. Unfortunately, today the process of negotiations on the results of the hostages blocked from the Russian side and used as an element of political pressure. Therefore, international assistance is urgently needed”, – said Hrytsak.
