Head of Gosgeokadastra Luhansk oblast caught on a bribe of half a million hryvnia

KIEV. June 22. UNN. The military Prosecutor’s office of Lugansk garrison, together with the National police of area documented the fact of receiving the acting chief of GU Gosgeokadastra in the Luhansk region Yevgeny Korzem a bribe of 500 thousand UAH. About this on his page in Facebook wrote to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko, reports UNN.

“21.06.2017 military Prosecutor’s office of Lugansk garrison in conjunction with the regional Nicolicea documented the acting chief of GU Gosgeokadastra in the Luhansk region E. Korzh, who through two agents demanded and received a bribe of 500 thousand UAH from the citizen of Ukraine for assistance in allocation of land plots with a total area of 225 hectares,” — wrote Lutsenko.

He recalled that earlier, law enforcers detained the previous chief Gosgeokadastra area on a bribe in the sum of 100 thousand UAH.

“Given the systematic bribery in this area, prepare a letter to the Prime Minister: it is necessary to bring order to this corrupt Agency is not waiting for the prosecutors,” — said the Prosecutor General.
