Clement Vandenborre caught in the destruction of secret documents

The head of the military counterintelligence Belgium Clement Vandenborre suspended from office on suspicion of espionage in favor of Russia. This writes De Morgen.
The publication notes that the suspension occurred after “numerous incidents of privacy”.
Currently there is only one fact of the charges. Vandenborre supposedly destroyed confidential documents using conventional paper shredders. Other charges not yet reported.

According to the publication the case is considered in view of the contradiction between the departments of intelligence service and counterintelligence of Belgium. Vandenborre denies all charges.
