Earlier, Guido said that foreign humanitarian aid will arrive in Venezuela on February 23. In turn, President Maduro called the initiative on transfer of humanitarian aid to the “poor and cheap shows of the oligarchy” and urged citizens to abandon it. Despite the official position of Caracas, February 8, in the Colombian border town of Cucuta has opened a center for the distribution of humanitarian aid for residents of Venezuela.
