Google’s demand to remove the image of the Macron in the image of Pinochet

KIEV. 1 Feb. UNN. From the social network Google+ require you to remove photo collage depicting the President of France Emmanuel Makron in the image of Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet, known for brutal massacres of political opponents. The removal request was probably sent by the French government, reports UNN with reference to the Euronews.

According to the information resource Lumen, analyzing the removal of content from the Internet, the request was sent to Google on January 14.

Collage made on the basis of photos of Pinochet and his entourage in 1973, appeared a month before. He was posted to the social network user by the name PHILIPPE PETIT.

Collage Pinochet is President of Macron. The face of his Prime Minister Edward Philip, and the interior Minister Christoph Costanera superimposed on the face of the Chilean officials. This collage was inspired by users of social networks to other collages involving Macron.

The requirement to remove the collage was caused by the charges of the French government in censorship. At the moment, the postal and telecommunications France refuses to comment on the situation.

In France, for several months of tense anti-government protests of the “yellow jackets.” The last large-scale action was attended by about 70 thousand protesters. During the protests, 11 people were killed. The government is accused of unpopular politics and fierce resistance to the demonstrators.
