KIEV. May 16. UNN. Kerch bridge from Russia to occupied Crimea, opened to vehicular traffic today, is not displayed on Google Maps. This was indicated by some users of social networks, reports UNN.

So, from Taman, the first column of cars moved at exactly 04:30 am Kyiv time. Among the first members of the movement were local residents, the builders of the Crimean bridge, the veterans and the official representative of Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova. Cars decorated with balloons and flags of Russia.

Road part of the bridge connecting the annexed Crimean Peninsula to other regions of Russia, planned to open in December of this year, but was completed six months ahead of the deadline.

As reported UNN, on may 15, Russian President Vladimir Putin opened the road part of the Crimean bridge. The construction of the railway part of the transport passage continues, is scheduled to open in 2019.
