Singer MARUV, which won the National selection for the Eurovision song contest in 2019, will represent Ukraine at the contest, if you sign a contract with “UA:Public” and, in accordance with its terms, refuses to tour in Russia.
This was reported by PR-Director of “UA:Suspine” Viktoriya Sidorenko on his page in Facebook.

“There is no law that it (the tours in Russia – ed.) expressly prohibits. Have your vote, which does not exclude this possibility. But in the contract from the “UA:Suspine” there is a requirement with a ban on tour in Russia. This contract, the singer got on acquaintance,” wrote Sidorenko.
Sidorenko also said that MARUV got the contract and the day in order to review it and make a decision.
“We are waiting for. “UA:the Public” has a right to a decision on the contract. The final decision about who will represent Ukraine takes it “UA:Public,” added Viktoriya Sidorenko.
According to her, the results of audience voting are genuine – error is excluded. The singer has not yet responded to the terms of the contract.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the singer MARUV will represent Ukraine at the Eurovision song contest-2019, which will be held in Israel.
