This is stated in the investigation of journalists of the project “Nashi Groshi s Denis Bhusan”. It is alleged that Igor Gladkovsky and its partners have entered into an agreement with the defense officials. They were buying military parts from Russian smugglers, and also in the warehouses of the Ukrainian army.

Prices of spare parts, which often do not correspond to any standards, was wound at times. This “product” in collusion with the leadership of “Ukroboronprom” sold for defense plants.

It is alleged that the group includes, in particular, Oleg Gladkovsky, his son Igor, a former employee of the concern Vitaly Zhukov and the heads of defense agencies of various levels. “A specialist in smuggling” was Andrei Rogoza, who, allegedly, and had earned his dubious defence contracts.

The group is fast becoming the preferred supplier of gostautas and gets contracts for hundreds of million UAH.

Center transactions is becoming a shell company “Optimistical”. The money was transferred in cash, which is spent on kickbacks, bribes and a life of luxury. It is argued that the role of the “strip” in the schemes to meet even the presidential plant – “the Smithy on Rebelscum”.

It is alleged that the group received from “Ukroboronprom” at least UAH 250 million.

In April of last year, journalists exposed the corruption scheme with armored vehicles, which were imported from abroad.

In turn, the “Ukroboronprom” common media information about corruption schemes with armored vehicles strongly denied.
