Four new boats of the Ukrainian Navy was given the names of

Four new small armored artillery boats got the names of the Ukrainian cities, regional centres in different regions of the country. About it reported a press-the centre Military-naval forces of Ukraine.
The boats at the request of territorial communities has the name “Vyshgorod”, “Kremenchug”, “Lubny” and “Nikopol”.
According to the commander of the Ukrainian Navy Igor Voronchenko, state testing boats has entered the final phase and soon they will join the combat strength of the Ukrainian Navy. Thus, the number of such boats as part of the Navy of Ukraine will increase to 6.

Recall that in 2016, the Navy APU was included built in PJSC “Plant “on Rybal’s’ke Smithy” (Kiev) small armored artillery boat “Gyurza-M” “Ackerman” and “Berdyansk”.
