KIEV. July 23. UNN. For torture in the Yaroslavl colony №1 in the Russian Federation have detained six people. This reports the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, reports UNN.
“Currently, the investigation established the identity of all the employees of the penal colony, which took part in the beating of a prisoner. Today has already arrested 6 people. Will be sent to court of the petition of the investigation about the election concerning detainees the measure of restraint in form of detention. Performed investigatory and operatively-the search actions directed on detention of the other suspects”, – stated in the message.
Earlier media has published video, which depicted the torture of a prisoner Evgeny Makarov in a Russian prison. The video shows that the inmate was beaten with a truncheon on the hands and feet, poured water on the face and stripped.
