For killing a dog in Kharkov, a man was sentenced to 3 years in prison

KIEV. 24 Nov. UNN. In Kharkov, to 3.4 years in prison sentenced a man who with a hammer killed the dog. This will inform a press-service of the Judiciary of Ukraine, reports UNN.

“Oktyabrsky district court of Kharkiv was sentenced, which the native of Kharkov convicted of a criminal offense under part 1 of article 299 of UK of Ukraine (animals abuse) and sentenced to 3 years 4 months of imprisonment”, – is spoken in the message.

As noted, the convict killed an animal on 8 July this year.

We will remind, the inhabitant of Odessa region, who scoffed at the dog, is subject to criminal liability.
