ODESSA-KIEV. September 9. UNN. The Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region reported about suspicion to the BMW driver in violation of the rules of traffic safety, entailed death (part 3 of article 286 of the criminal code) in an accident on the road Fontanskaya, reports UNN citing the press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region.
The press service noted that the law provides for up to 10 years imprisonment for this crime.
We will remind, on 8 September as a result of road accidents killed 55-year-old woman and 52-year-old man.
Injured 20-year – old girl passenger of the BMW, a 30-year-old woman and a cadet, who stood on the sidelines. Another man is in serious condition in the hospital. His identity is not yet established.
