Fatal accident in Odessa region dismissed the Prosecutor’s office

The suspect in the Commission of a fatal accident in Odessa oblast, the local Prosecutor’s office dismissed. This was announced by the Prosecutor of Odessa region Oleg Zhuchenko, reports the press service of the Ministry.

“Investigators of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region reported about suspicion in Commission dorozhno-transport incident in the village of Izmail Oxalis Prosecutor the local Prosecutor’s office under part 2 of article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine”, – said Zhuchenko.

By order of the Prosecutor of the region on March 2, the staff member is dismissed from bodies of Prosecutor’s office. In the near future the Prosecutor will apply to the court for election to it measures of restraint in form of detention, said the Prosecutor.

Law enforcement officers suspect a man of committing a fatal accident in the Izmail district of the region, which killed 50-year-old woman. The investigation found that he was drunk at the time of the accident.

“On the basis of the medical examination against the driver of the police made the administrative Protocol under article 130 of the Cao”, – noted in Prosecutor’s office.

Of the accident became known on February 28. Local media reported that the accident in the village of Izmail district of Oxalis was committed by employees of law enforcement agencies. According to media reports, the SBU and prosecutors, being brothers, was shot down and moved the woman into his SUV Audi Q-7. In a press-service of Prosecutor’s office at the time confirmed only the fact of the accident.
