Fatal accident in Odessa region detained the driver of the car
KIEV. 1 Feb. UNN. The driver of the car, with the participation of which in the Odessa region there was a fatal accident with a bus, was detained. It is reported by UNN with reference to the division of communications of the regional police Department.
“The driver of the car detained in order St. 208 Criminal code of Ukraine. Now he is in a medical facility under guard. Tomorrow he will be elected the measure of restraint in form of arrest”, – stated in the message.
Also criminal proceedings were reclassified from part 2 to part 3, article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine – violation of the rules of traffic safety or transport operation by the person driving the vehicle, entailed death of several persons.
Recall, January 31 in the village of mykolaivka of an accident involving a passenger car and taxi message Kiliya-Odessa.
As previously established, the cause of the accident was the departure of the driver of the car on a strip of oncoming traffic where it collided with a taxi “Kiliya-Odessa”, which moved in the direction of the regional center.
The accident opened criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine – violation of the rules of road safety.
“According to refined data, the accident injured a total of 15 people. Of them one person was lost, 9 – are brought to medical institutions by ambulance, another 5 – sought medical help on their own,” – said the police.
The accident killed a girl born in 2004. Subsequently died in hospital injured in the accident woman.
As reported UNN, the driver, who was driving a BMW on avtonomera, which collided with a bus, was wanted for committing crimes.
